Faq: How can I delete my Mosaic account?

For JPMorgan users, please 

1. Log in at https://www.wepay.com/login.
2. Click on Settings on the left panel.
3. Scroll to the bottom to the Account Closure section.
4. Click the blue Close Account button. 

For Worldpay users, please submit your request to our merchant support team.
