The Transaction Details page on the Worldpay Mosaic Partner Portal contains information about a specific transaction made by your customer. Details include the most up to date status of the transaction, details as to why a transaction may have failed, the ability to generate a receipt, and this page lists the transaction ID for troubleshooting purposes.
To access the Transaction Details page:
Click Payment History in the Payments category in the left navigation panel.
Scroll down to the Payment History table and click on any information in a row for a specific transaction to open the Transaction Details page.
Please note the transaction ID is listed at the top of the page and starts with “p1_txn_” followed by a string of numbers and letters
